Jaerin Ahn is currently a doctoral student in World Langauge Education program in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received her master’s degree in teaching Korean as a foreign language at Ewha Womans University in South Korea. She has taught the Korean language for six years and was in charge of developing an online and mobile Korean language program. At UW-Madison, she has taught elementary and second-year Korean and Startalk Korean immersion program as a lead instructor. Her research areas include teacher education, Korean language teaching, educational technology, and second language acquisition.
